I head back to the mountains for the first time in a month. Time and rest have shown that my injury at the end of January was not only at the shin, but at my back ACL as well. In accordance with tradition, I got injured again in January this year, although a week or so later than usual. During a photoshoot here in Japan, I hit a tree with my shin just below the knee with full force and has been trying to recover since it happened on Jan 24.
