We skied this in the early 90s 3 times , beware of avalanches and falling rocks, the rock isnt that solid. 1200 m skiable 30-45 degrees

HENRIK WINDSTEDT, widely regarded as a jibber, who wins the FWT in year 1. Any doubts here, watch the free movie Ten... in this movie which is very good, MANU GAIDET does some strong skiing (3*world extreme skiing champion)
JON OLSSON, obv park skier extraordinaire, kills big mtn when he gets the chance (2004 Scandinavian Big Mtn Champs, 1st place). And pushing hard to get in the Swedish alpine WC team.

TANNER HALL, killed big air back in the day. Then people said he couldn't slide rails so he stepped up and won golds in slopestyle at X. Then people said he couldn't ski pipe so he decided to dominate that for 5 years. Then people said he couldn't ski big mtn so he made Believe and other movies that prove that he's the balls there too.
PEP FUJAS. If you have to ask... it might be worthwhile going back to 1242 and watching his segment in that.
I haven't seen his name appear yet, but Enak Gavaggio is definitely gnarly. While skiing with some top pros in AK, he had them all gaped at his abilities.
He is the first and only person to throw a flip off a spine on a 50+ degree section of "Sexy Spines" above huge exposure. He is a very accomplished skier cross racer too.
Also, if Sage isn't on your list either, it needs an edit. His lines on Dr. Seuss and Hotel Room are about as rad as it gets.
Matty Richard's helmet cam down pencil on Currie and then start to talk, and he isn't even one of the top guys mentioned. Skiing has changed a lot since Schmidt, people are making GS turns down steep gnarly chutes where they used to have to make a thousand turns. Not that there is anything wrong with making a lot of turns, but last year I saw Blazer, a local Blackcomb ripper, make three huge turns down a 50 degree ramp on the edge of a 60 foot cliff (Husume ramp/feelers) and the middle of the run was rime ice. The old school boys would have had to rappel through this section but Blazer just pointed it in complete control until the snow got good and rode off into the sunset.

Hjorleifson--mountaineer, park, big mountain, tricks in lines, angulated style, all around slayer
Tanner--multiple X Games medals, rails and all kinds of jibbery, 2 x Powder Skier of the year, getting really good in AK
Shane--podiums in big air, skier X, and big mountain comps, innovator of tricks and the way a big mountain can be slayed.
Patrick VallencantOne trailblazer in skiing was the frenchman Patrick Vallencant(RIP) who was one of the pioneers in extreme skiing. I went to his off piste ski school in Chamonix in the early 80´s. He was a very happy and joyful skier with an unreal fluidity and snow adaption. When he increased speed his stance was extremely low. He was as happy as in the picture all the time despite some very bad students(me) with skis stiff as planks (under the snow 98% of the time). I wonder what he could have done with todays skis, I think he skied on dynastar GS skis. In those days there werent any good skis for fast off piste, some people even skied on DH skis to get the footprint required. Pierre Tardivel is his counterpart today in France I think.
