first stop: london heathrow
5 hour layover. This is great. It sucks when you just got started and it feels like your’e on your way, then after a mere 3 hours of flying you get shut down and told to wait for 5 hours before you get on the actual nightmare of a flight, the 22-hour stretch london-(singapore)-melbourne. The brackets around singapore means that I’ll get to go off the plane for 20 minutes while they refill the fuel tanks. So in reality it’s not actually a stop, just a coffee break, or whatever.
Anyways, I’ll get back to you in like two days when I’m on the other side of the earth. Now I’m gonna finish this sandwich. Peace in the middle east.
