i have a really fancy, expensive, high status car

driving to the gym today I noticed this really bad noise coming from under my car. this big piece of shit plastic had come off and I have no idea what it is. I just ripped it out and hoped nothing bad would happen.

should I get this checked out or just leave it?

then the gym; I realised I have to go get my body workin again for the season. the summer is really really bad for my motivation when it comes to working out and eating right, so I figured it was about time to get the toothpicks I once called my legs in shape again:

a4its gonna be a long way to getting strong again, good thing its only july!

a5I could barely even walk after my second leg routine for the season…

I know eating right is like 75% of working out – if you dont eat enough food it doesnt matter how much weights you lift and how often you do it. here’s what we had for dinner tonight:

a6400 grams of Quorn and 1 big chicken fillet

a7lots and lots of food…this is how I should eat every day from now on. we’ll see about that.

    Och blanda quorn och kyckling? :O Njjaaaaaaaaa som vegetarian så känns det som en synd att göra något dylikt. Men funkar det för dig så kör på!

  6. tack, det låter bra, då ska jag se om den går att sätta tillbaks igen. den var helt utsliten av alla gånger jag slagit i stenar och liknande, så det var flera fästen i den som inte ens var kvar.
    quorn och kyckling blandar jag gärna då jag inte är vegetarian utan enbart inte äter rött kött! dessutom är det en bättre källa till protein än köttfärs, så jag kör på:)

  7. sort of what happened to my Volkswagen. I pulled in too far while parking and hooked it over the curb. reversed and it just ripped off; not all that important, I think.

  10. ah ok, in germany our first letter is the city “M” for munich and the next 2 letters & digits free selectable for some €.

  11. Same thing happened with my Saab.. its just the skid plate that covers the underneath of the engine. Doesn’t protect it at all, just stops dust from coming up into the engine bay. Not too crucial.
