driving to the gym today I noticed this really bad noise coming from under my car. this big piece of shit plastic had come off and I have no idea what it is. I just ripped it out and hoped nothing bad would happen.
should I get this checked out or just leave it?
then the gym; I realised I have to go get my body workin again for the season. the summer is really really bad for my motivation when it comes to working out and eating right, so I figured it was about time to get the toothpicks I once called my legs in shape again:
its gonna be a long way to getting strong again, good thing its only july!
I could barely even walk after my second leg routine for the season…
I know eating right is like 75% of working out – if you dont eat enough food it doesnt matter how much weights you lift and how often you do it. here’s what we had for dinner tonight:
400 grams of Quorn and 1 big chicken fillet
lots and lots of food…this is how I should eat every day from now on. we’ll see about that.
