serious problems
due to an unexpected macbook breakdown these posts will be sporadic for the next few days. anyone who knows macs?
it turns on, but it stays on the gray screen with the apple logo, and then it stays like that. what to do?
in other news, the weather in åre is better than ever, so me, Russ, Oscarx3 and all the other kids have been shredding the park getting some footy. maybe that will come up here in the not too distant future. we’ll see how the laptop nightmare turns out first.

Testa även att sätta på datorn med ALT knappen intryckt, detta gör att bootmanager startas, och du kan se vilka bootbara enheter som upptäcks.
Not to beat a dead horse, but that does sound like a hard drive issue. All my info was lost when it happened. Hopefully you had everything backed up.
It was the exact same issue on mine, toast hard drive. They were able to recover most of it at a Mac store in an 8 hour period before it needed to be replaced.
Just had the same problem today, (last time I lost everything and had to erase my hard drive totally and start all over again( but it turned out to be the battery today due to the cold.
Try taking the battery out (while it being disconnected to the charger) and put it back in after a minute or so. Than keep your mac off and charge the battery till it is fully charged and try starting it up again. Good luck!
