Cardrona and The Remarkables

Hey y’all and thanks for tuning in to your daily dose of randomness.

I don’t really know what to write so I’m going to cut it short. Last night me and Oscar moved into our new house, that we are renting together with Jaime, Paco, John Spriggs, Mike Hornbeck and Henrik Harlaut. It’s a super cool place and it feels very old, which i believe it is. Wood beams and old furniture everywhere, it’s a pleasant change from all the hotel rooms.

l8everything in this house is old. here’s our remote. good thing we dont have more than 4 channels!

Since I didnt write anything yesterday, here’s some shots from that. The weather was way too good to do anything but skiing, so no action:

l3hey, I didnt know it was terrible pants thursday!

Moving on to today, we have had a full day in the Remarkables, a ski resort about an hour and a half away, north of Queenstown. They are the host of the Winter Games slopestyle, that we are participating in tomorrow. Today was the official practice but unfortunately the clouds made it pretty hard to see anything. Once again, no action shots, I promise I will get better at this! Maybe it’s time to hire a filmer/photog…?

l10Our ride. I’m pretty stoked we found this rental car, without a car we would be so stranded, the comp starts tomorrow at 8 in the morning so we’ll have to leave at 6.30. uh.

So yeah, that’s about it, not much is happening except for a whole bunch of skiing right now. Tomorrow is the competition so we’ll see how it goes, I think I have a decent run down, and I like the course.

Henrik gets the honour of ending this post off with a picture of his dinner, toast with eggs drenched in beans. yum.

  1. På den näst sista bilden ser du långt mycket mer baggy ut än vanligt, how come? Jag funderade på när du får dina sponsorkläder såväl som när du har tillåtelse att hoppa omkring i dom.. Ha en fortsatt bra dag

  2. Haha that house does look pretty old! So wooden, and that tile counter top! Oh well, looks nice to not be crammed into a small hotel room.

Sweet pictures everywhere! And Good luck in the competition tomorrow!

  3. Skönt att vara där, ser riktigt grymt ut.

Jacob, undrar när du börjar sälja iväg din andra kläder som du sa i ett inlägg för ett tag sen?
