Sorry for slacking! Truth is, I did not really feel the need to make everyday updates from Zurich, since I knew that it’s already covered by freecaster, freeride.se, jon’s site and probably anyone who wants to be anything on the freeski scene these days. Another reason is that I forgot my laptop charger at home, so I’ve been pretty much disconnected from the world these last three days.

And, my competition ended in my third qualification run. Great job, Jacob.

After that disclaimer, here’s a bunch of shots from the last three days:

Had a really cool opening Oakley dinner at Les Halles, an awesome restaurant with all organic stuff on the menu, I recommend it if you come to Zürich.

Sammy and Henrik, probably having an in depth conversation about tricks the skiing scene is not yet ready for.

The following night it was time for the first group of 10 skiers to battle it out for the top 4 final spots. Here’s Andreas dubcorking and dubgrabbing.

And so did Sammy and Henrik.

And then Sammy won.

And then I ran out of energy to blog. That, and I’m sure you’re all fed up with pictures and video of the superfinals.

Thanks for reading, I’ll make sure to update a little more often these next couple of days. Now I’ll have to go back to the water ramps so I don’t look like a fool in Berlin in 2 weeks….
