Back home
Hi everyone, and sorry for being so slow at blogging. Made it back home to Stockholm late last night and couldnt find the energy after an action-packed weekend in London.
I had a great time skiing, but unfortunately got knocked out in quarter finals against Ole Mustad from Norway. I guess it could have gone both ways basically, we both did the same standard big air trick, dub 12 mute, and from what I hear they were pretty much identical. He beat me by 1 point and proceeded to make it into super finals where he ended up in 4th, behind PK, Oscar and Jossi. Good job guys!
Standout performance definitely goes to Oscar Scherlin, who in my humble opinion should have taken the top spot, but you never know what the judges see in tricks that the riders don’t. One thing is for sure though, and that is that Oscar’s switch dub 12 will be the trick to learn (or beat), in the next two big air comps…

Stockholm looks the same as usual, 6 celcius outside and a grey autumn sky. Haven’t really figured my life out for the next few days, but the schedule for November looks like this:
9-12 – Budapest Fridge
18-19 – Stockholm King Of Style
In between those two comps I guess I just will be getting stronger for the season as usual. Hopefully there will be some surf in there too!
Stay tuned,
Jacob
