BrädBolaget UF is situated in Skir, Småland. A smaller village where traditions has been central point. It is here the four gentlemen are building longboards as a business. The whole idea started an early late-summer morning when Mathias and Pontus went on a walk down the old road in Skir!
BrädBolaget build longboards straight from the old woodwork shed in Skir, the very core of Småland, for the inhabitants of this area who appreciates a sincere handcraft. With our own resources we build and shape the boards of top quality for the customer who really appreciates and is familiar with a true handcraft. When the customer purchases a board from BrädBolaget he or she does not only obtain a environmentalfriendly transportation but also contributes to a more just world since with every board we sell we donate a goat trough an Action-Aid campaign to help the ones in need throughout Africa.
BrädBolaget was founded by 4 dedicated young students at Procivitas Gymnasium in Växjö.
With complimentary qualities they strive to start the founding of a future longboardcompany which will differentiate them from all others by manufacturing all separate parts themselves, this will be a lot more profitable and decrease the carbon dioxide-pollution. With a large community of longboarders in Växjö we want to tie them all to us, ride our boards and market the company.
