Resten er bare demotestet: As a disclaimer, I´ve only skied them for a few runs. Also they were a demo pair, so my issues on hardpack could be related to mount point or tune. They were however, unpredictable on hard snow, but felt a bit better with weight on the heels. The ski is not light, not at all. But in good pow they were absolutely fantastic. You could really load up the showel and slingshot from turn to turn. As for a comparison to the praxis, they are very different skis, the praxis lacks the snappiness of the rockers, and the amount of support from the tail. The rockers are probably a bit more conducive to charging, whereas the praxis really don´t push you to do anything, just let you do whatever you want. For me, the praxis powders give great performance in any soft conditions, and are no problem to ski on harder snow. Any ski with sidecut is probably better on groomed runouts once you get used to them though (if that is even a consideration). Recommendations from what I´ve had a chance to try: Playful and jibby: Bentchetlers or EP pro. Bentchetlers being way better on groomers adn more poppy. Allround soft snow use, including breakable crust and other strange conditions: Praxis pows Charging in soft snow: Bluehouse Shoots, really good in nice pow, great in crud. Allround charging: LP XXL´s. Clear winner. Bottomless: Possibly the Rockers. Flexprofile + looooong tip rocker makes them super playful. I´d say it depends on your preference and riding style. If you have a chance to demo any of them, that´s the way to go.
