Big room in Chamonix for rent

We have a big room for rent (one double bed or two single beds, high ceiling, direct access to garden, wardrobe) in our great chalet in the center of chamonix (fireplace, big garden, terrasses, garage, guestroom).
We are looking for one or two more or a couple. All the bills (eletricity, taxes, water, heating) and internet are included in the price: 650€ for 1 person or 900€ for 2(450€ each) per month
starting on dec 1st, for the whole season or longer

Hello Felix.
We're a couple who are interested in your room. I reccon the biggest problem is that we arrive in between dec 24 and new year. Otherwise where planning to stay until end of april.

Other questions is what all included means?? Is that like electrics, heat and maybe internet or is it something else that you mean by that??

Is there access for kitchen and washing facilities, shower etc.??
