So, they found a used ski, cleaned it up and shipped it free of charge (except for shipping)! Very nice - unfortunately, once it arrived I realized we had never discussed the size of the ski :D Now I had 1 ski in 190 and 1 in 178..</p><p></p><p>I write them again 1 year later. Apparently somebody had found a ski when the snow melted in Colorado and had send it to DPS in hope the owner would contact them. He had not and they wanted to find a new home for the ski. Luckily for me, this was a perfect match as it was exactly the blue one, in size 190, the same type of pure construction and drilled for large dukes (which mine also were). They offered to send this ski free of charge as well!
