Får man ta med eldriven lavinryggsäck på Lufthansa till USA

Hej!

Jag har svårt att tolka ett stycke i Lufthansas regler. Det är en batteridriven Jetforce pro från Black Diamond jag har som jag vill ta med mig till USA.

• The carriage of avalanche rescue backpacks on flights to/from/via the USA is completely forbidden. Empty gas cylinders with no explosive charge are the exception to this.

Syftar detta stycket på bara gas eller även batteri? Är det någon som har erfarenhet av att ta med sig en på Lufthansa till USA?
Har ringt in till dem ett par gånger men inte fått något bra svar.
