Alpine racing ski</p><p>1.1 Definition</p><p>Skis, predominantly for Downhill, Slalom, Giant Slalom and Super G racing</p><p>through gravitational force on suitable terrain. To guarantee the skier</p><p>optimum use of the sides of the skis for steering, the edges of the running</p><p>surface are made mainly of hard sealed materials.</p><p>1.2 Restrictions</p><p>1.2.1 Geometric features</p><p>1.2.1.1 Ski length</p><p>Minimum length "developed" length (unwound length) in accordance with</p><p>ISO Norm including a measurement tolerance of +/- 1 cm.
