Vi, världens befolkning, har inga pengar eller makt jämfört med världens stater (som tar våra pengar). Om det hade varit så att det var mänsklighetens fel att jorden blir varmare, varför går inte alla världens stater ihop och löser problemet? Vad som skulle vara så svårt för den lilla människan skulle vara så enkelt för stadsapparaterna. Jo, för att det är inte meningen att vi ska lösa "problemet!" Det var allmänt vedertaget att hotet av en främmande makt var det ända som kunde få människor att ge upp vissa friheter, och nu behövde man alternativ...</p><p></p><p>“Nevertheless, an effective political substitute for war would require "alternate enemies," some of which might seem equally farfetched in the context of the current war system.
