When I told her that this was not the way to run a business she got irritated with me, again NOT THE WAY TO RUN A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS.</p><p> </p><p> Their business plan is based on overbooking and then cancelling to make sure each trip is always full. What a joker company!!! Do not book with them.</p></blockquote><p></p>
