Australia isn't too bad, but maybe not the best place for a season, since the resorts are small. Thredbo and Perisher Blue are the major ones i think, and Falls Creek is a midsize one. We had quite a lot of snow in August, however if you like powder it's the wrong country... The parks were good though, 1 park with small jumps, boxes and rails, and a bigger one with quite a few medium sized jumps and some massive ones! There where also more advanced rails and boxes. They have a buss to ride over and sometimes there´s a spine, depending on how much snow there is. Overall I think the Aussie resorts have pretty good parks, mainly because there isn't much else to do there. I can't remember if August was a busy time or not, when it's schoolholidays there are a lot of frustrating inexperienced people around (as any where else i guess)I have never been to any New Zeeland skiresorts, but NZ is more famous for it's skiing than AUS...
