He was at the top of brevent near the ensa couloir and set off a large slab avalanche when he dropped in. He was carried 900 meters to the bottom of brevent near the houses. X had dropped a pole waiting for the telecabine so he and 1 of the group stayed back for the next bin and arrived at the scene 10 minutes after the avalanche. I don't think the vitctim knew the other two guys very well since they were toms friends. Pghm arrived very quickly but waited to bomb the adjoining couloirs before beginning the search for his body because of the danger. His body was recovered around 4:30pm, so a long day.</blockquote>
