Hej! Jag har en plats kvar i en centralt belägen nyrenoverad lägenhet med loft. Lägenheten är för tre pers och ligger i Cham sud. Lägenheten hyrs från den 3:e Jan tills den 29 Apr. Hyran ligger på 400 euro/ mån. Här kommer lite info om lägenheten:

Property: Studio with mezzanine.
Sleeps: 3 people
Facilities: Balcony, TV and DVD, radio/CD stereo.
Residence Forclaz is situated right on Chamonix Sud Square, an area 5 minutes walk from Chamonix Centre. Chamonix Sud has one of town's main bus stops for access to all the ski areas in the Chamonix valley.
Studio FORCLAZ 402 is on the fourth floor in the Forclaz building, accessible by elevator or stairs. The studio has a south facing balcony offering great views of the Aiguilles du midi and Mont Blanc and overlooking Chamonix Sud square.
The apartment has undergone a full refurbishment in 2003 and has been furnished to a high standard with sleeping accommodation for up to four people, comprise of one bunk bed and one single bed on the mezzanine. There is one sofa in the lounge/diner. Kitchen is fully equipped with two hobs, micro grill oven, toaster and kettle.
Bathroom is new renovated with bath-shower and toilet.

Ingen tvättmaskin/torktummlare men det finns 3 st tvätteri runt om Chamonix sud torget.
Runt om hela torget finns det gratis parkering. Ingen privat parkering.
På loftet finns det 1 våningsäng, 1 enkel säng och kläd förvaring skåp.
Man kan sova på soffan om man vill, men lägenheten ar bara for 3 personer.
Köket ar fint och har allt. Eftersom lägenheten var nyrenoverad bara nagra år sedan är allt av bra kvalite.
Balkongen är på ca 1.5 m * 2.5 m.
Du som är intresserad bör vara någorlunda god åkare och vara i Cham främst för åkningens skull. Du bör även kunna betrakta dig själv som sympatisk och umgängsam person.
