Take better pictures that can be zoomed so people can clearly se the condition of the ski.3. May make a grade system that is clearly described on your home page, i.e. grade A scratches on surface, Max 5. Belag minor scratches, etc. Make it clear what people are buying.4. Don't fucking threaten people! Even scamsters and fake reviewers. Just reply calmly with facts.</blockquote>
