We don't ski in Åre to save money, we genuinely like it there, and we like Swedish culture and the environment. The weather can be bad true, but when it's good Åre is a great place to be. There are much bigger places in the Alps, and they can be very good, we have just been to St Anton and Tignes, and last year further afield to Japan and Korea, but we still like Åre. Some smaller resorts in the Alps are very good value it's true, but some have very limited skiing. I think most of the cabins in Åre are better than in France, but Austria and Germany are as good. We first visited Åre in 2002, and still look forward to coming again.</p></blockquote><p></p>
