Recycling Skis

Hello,

I use to live in Sweden, now I am living in Utah, U.S.... skiing everyday =). I work for a recycling center and we are trying to start a Snow Sport Recycling Program.. this would include recycling skis, snowboards, goggles, helmets, poles, and bindings.

Does anyone have information if anywhere in Scandinavia does this? Are there programs where people recycle skis? This is all new in the U.S. (no surprise)...

any help would be appreciated!

Hey hey,

I will never say that i'm an experienced person in terms of seeing things here in Sweden and neither have i ever seen or heard of such a program.
I would still look around and wait for more replies about the subject. However, if this is something you are going to start in Sweden, you'll be the leading company of it with just a little marketing!

There are recycling stores where people can leave their used equipment to be sold, the store then takes a commission fee on sold items. http://www.mountainrecycle.se/
