Malin Alberts, 24, and her 26-year-old sister Anna were skiing with 11 friends near the boundary of the Fernie Alpine Resort when the avalanche roared down on them Tuesday.  Their bodies have been recovered.  Two injured skiers were airlifted off the mountain, but darkness kept rescuers from getting the others to safety. Helicopter used to airlift skiers out of avalanche area  Search and rescue workers dropped supplies off for the stranded skiers, and several crew members stayed on the mountain with them for the night. At dawn on Wednesday, helicopters airlifted the nine remaining survivors off the mountain.  The Swedish men and women, between the ages of 18 and 30, were spending the winter in the Fernie area. Fernie is in southeast B.C. near the border with Alberta.</blockquote>
