Geneva - Val Thorens 26/11

Hi guys, I am a guy from Denmark who is attending my second season i Val T., soon.

I though do have a small problem, as i just learned that busses from Geneva first starts the day after my arrival. So i seek anyone, who is travelling to Val T. on that day, to share a cab with. A cab costs around 300 €

Hey dude!

Take the train to Moutiers and then figure out if there are any local buses otherwise a taxi from Moutiers is going to be a lot less the 300 EUR. Check out the link or search www.snfc.fr. It is a bit of a hassle and takes 4-5 hours but should be a cheaper option for you. Busses you'll find on www.altibus.com or www.alpski-bus.com, but unfortunately it looks like you're right and there is no service on 26/11.

Hi Joel,

My first and only thought was also to take the bus. Did it a couple of times last year - worked fine. The train as you say, is probably the only solution now then. And a really cheap one, but i'll gladly pay more to split a cab with any three persons.

or, you find a hostel in geneva and take the bus on the 27:th
even the swiss must have invented hostels by now
