4 person apartment available €8,900 (€2,225 per person based on 4) This is a “studio-cabin” at Hameaux des Verdets situated next to the Fall Line pub in an excellent location within the town. Price includes all bills and costs. A refundable deposit of 100 EUR per person is required, to be returned on the same day as key hand over at the end of the season.
Secondly:
4 person apartment available for the upcoming season €9,300 (€2,325 per person based on 4) 30.80 m2 studio, plus 11.40 m2 terrace, perfectly exposed to the south. Situated on the eastern side of town this flat enjoys central heating and central hot water and as a result is very warm and comfortable. Price includes all bills and costs. A refundable deposit of 100 EUR per person is required, to be returned on the same day as key hand over at the end of the season.
