Who´s out there?? AURORA BOREALIS (Northern Lights)
Inuit belief that the shimmering lights are the sky people playing a game of ball, another belief is that the lights are unborn children play.
The Ojibway called the lights Waussnodae and believed them to be torches held by their dead grandfathers to light the way along the Path of Souls. The Souls of the recently deceased walked this path, the Milky Way, to their final resting place.
