Henrik Windstedt - The humble star
Former Freeride World Tour champion Henrik Windstedt is putting Åre, his little Swedish home slope, on the global map.
Even if you’re not familiar with the various styles of competitive skiing, Henrik's resumé is impressive. Not that he’d spend any time trying to impress you with it. Maybe a bit like his hometown of Åre, Henrik is a combination of unassuming humility and world-class talent. Despite describing himself as a “lone wolf”, when he’s not flying around the world skiing, filming and competing, Henrik’s main priorities are extremely close to home. “Traveling as much as I do, you don’t have a lot of time to see anyone. When I’m home, just being around friends and family is my favorite thing to do.”
