How to spin on bigger jumps
Hey, I'm from Norway so I guess all of you don't understand what I write, so I might aswell write in English. It's no problem if you answer in Swedish.
I have a really hard time getting my 540 and 720 executed. I can do a 360 standing still on the ground, but when I hit jumps that are like 3-6m my rotation goes like 2-3 times slower than usual. I have no idea why it is like this, haven't really figured out if it's something with the way I move my body in the air. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can make my rotation faster and how I should lift off the jump to make my body rotate faster in the air. I haven't got a trampoline at home, so it's really hard to practice 720 and so on here, atm. I'm just trying to spin 540 and 720 on the ground to get some feeling, but it's really hard.
