Using new stitch-through technology, we were able to reduce the amount of material in the jacket so it's lighter and more packable. And like a perfectly-spiced Chinese food dish, this jacket has just the right recipe: enough down so it's nearly as warm as a base-camp puffy, but not so much you can't fit a shell over it.
